The PAHN Foundation's purpose is to serve as a national competence center that promotes professional performing arts, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on independent performing arts.

PAHN is a foundation that has delegated decision-making authority to the annual meeting. All professionals within the performing arts field are welcome to participate in our annual meeting and thereby influence and provide input to our work.

PAHN exists for the professional performing arts field, and through participation in the annual meeting, companies and artists can actively contribute to the development of the organization as our advisors. In this way, PAHN becomes a relevant and focused foundation with professional weight. Professional actors within the performing arts field are defined as: performing arts companies, artist collectives, production units, and other relevant constellations and entities.

To have voting rights at the annual meeting, registration must be completed by April 1st of the current year.
